We have a use case where a group will be listening to a video or audio and identifying specific points in the audio. Has anyone been able to get audio passthrough to work via the Desktop app?

I don’t think the library we use for VNC connections (noVNC) has support for audio.

Do you have any plans to try and get it to work, or is that not on your radar?

That would be up to the novnc maintainers to implement. Doubt they have looked into it any further given the date on that git post.

there were attempts to use html5 and webRTC for remote desktop. Sound worked. My impression used to be that it is not yet production ready, but things possibly improved, and/or, possibly you have capacity/capabilities to fix that.

Take look here: [Selkies · GitHub](https://github.com/selkies-project)
