Definition Custom Javascript and CSS Files

Hello everyone,

I have defined in module-browser section, two custom files which are included module.js and module.scss to overload default module-browser page, it was working last week

now it does not work, so may be related the latest update ?
could you help me about that please ?

  • /var/www/ood/public/custom/module_browser.scss
  • /var/www/ood/public/custom/module_browser.js

in ood.yml file:

custom_css_files:

  • “/custom/module_browser.scss”
    custom_js_files:
  • “/custom/module_browser.js”

scss may need to be recompiled into CSS, but it’s in the right configuration location.

The javascript file should be under custom_js_files configuration key.

@jeff.ohrstrom thank you so much for your advise, but it was related the new RPM packet ondemand 4.2.4 version, because i downgraded 4.2.3 and problem is solved

However i could not find yet, what changed with new version

I’m now seeing you had the custom_js_files key it was just formatted weird.

Here’s the full changelog, nothing pops out at me except for one navbar change.

I think I’d like to confirm

  • you’re still pulling the assets correctly, you can check this in your network tab of your browsers developer tools
  • the assets are being loaded correctly, you can check this in the console tab of your browsers developer tools
