# Open OnDemand Monthly Open Office Hours

**Updated October 2026** : Open OnDemand Office Hours now offers two sessions each month to better accommodate our global community.

Join members of the Open OnDemand dev team for our monthly Office Hours! These informal sessions are an opportunity to ask questions, get troubleshooting help, share suggestions, and connect with the community.

Based on feedback, we now offer two sessions on the second Tuesday of every month:

Session 1: 9:30–10:30 AM ET  
Session 2: 2:30–3:30 PM ET

Attend whichever session works best for your schedule!

Times are listed in Eastern Time, which observes daylight saving time. Depending on your location, a session may fall on Wednesday locally or shift throughout the year.

Both sessions are held on Zoom. Find the meeting link below and upcoming sessions on the [Open OnDemand Community Hub Events page](https://openondemand.connectci.org/events).

Can’t make either session? You can always post your questions here on Discourse or explore our support subscriptions.

**Office Hours History**

Open OnDemand Office Hours began in October 2021 as a single monthly session held from 11:15 AM–12:45 PM ET on the second Tuesday of each month.

In October 2026, we expanded to two monthly sessions based on community feedback to better accommodate participants across different time zones.

Previous community discussions are preserved in the replies below.

Yes still in effect. URL didn’t change, it just starts at 11:15 EST.

Hi everyone!

Based on community feedback, we’re expanding Open OnDemand Office Hours to **two sessions each month** to better accommodate our global community!

Beginning next Tuesday, October 13, 2026 Office Hours will continue to take place on the **second Tuesday of every month** with two available sessions:

- **Session 1:** 9:30–10:30 AM ET
- **Session 2:** 2:30–3:30 PM ET

Both sessions will follow the same format, so feel free to attend whichever works best for your schedule.

We’ve updated the original announcement above with the new schedule and details. You can also find upcoming sessions and Zoom information on the [Open OnDemand Community Hub Events page](https://openondemand.connectci.org/events) and even kept the same Zoom link in case you have it saved!

Thank you to everyone who has participated in Office Hours over the years and shared feedback to help us improve them. We hope to see you next week!
