# Path\_selector widget does not update the path

Hi,

I am developing an interactive app on Open OnDemand and I would like to use the path\_selector widget, but unfortunately it does not work, in particular once selected the path it do not complete the form.

Inspecting the interactive app through the browser developer tools I get a message and an error:

The message correspond to the following line of html page:

While the error correspond to the following line:

How can I fix the problem to properly use the “path\_selector” widget?

Can you share your form.yml? Also do you have any form.js that may conflict with this? I think you can ignore those errors, though we should fix them.

Hi Jeff,

I overcome the problem adding the feature of path selector though a form.js made for this.

Actually I just realized that the problem was that I have version 3.0.3 of Open OnDemand, while the path\_selector widget exists only for 3.1
