Ubuntu package should depend on cron

Dear developers,

I am using Open OnDemand on Ubuntu 24.04.

One day, I noticed that old PUNs were not being cleaned up at all. After checking the server, I found that cron was not installed on the server, so /etc/cron.d/ood was never executed.

Could you consider adding cron as a dependency for the Ubuntu package?
