# Vscode - load jupyter notebook kernel

When I click the select kernel button, it searches for kernels but does not discover them.
I installed the jupyter and pytjon extensions in VSCode.
I tried binding the singularty container to several environments, such as Jupyter and Python 3.11, but it still didn’t work.
Has anyone had a similar problem and been able to solve it?

I don’t use the jupyter extension for VSCode so I can’t say. Though I’d hazard a guess that `JUPYTER_PATH` is somehow corrupted or is not in the correct path.
