Proxy Error After SSL Certificate Renewal

I renewed our SSL certificates today. That completely broke Dex. I managed to get the login page to show up but, whenever users try to log in, they’ll sit waiting before the get presented with the following error message:

502 Proxy Error

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request

Reason: Error reading from remote server

Does anyone have any ideas what this might be? Is there some OnDemand cache I have to clear? This is OOD 3.0.0 on RHEL 7.9.

I guess this issue was caused by the munge service for Slurm needing to be restarted.
