Script.sh: no such file or directory

Hi, I just started using ood. My issue is that interactive apps are not starting. In the output.log on compute node I see something like:

/var/spool/slurmd/jobxxxx/slurm_script/ ….. /jupyter/output/xxxxx/script.sh no such file or directory

Is there a way to copy the script.sh to the compute node when ood is installed on a different host without shared file system?

Unfortunately we do require the same NFS drives on both the OnDemand instance and the compute nodes. There’s currently no way around this requirement.
