Setup Open OnDemand Desktop with GPU

Hi There,

We are trying to set up Open OnDemand Desktop with GPUs.
Currently we are using vglrun xfce4-session. However, due to X server is not set up, it use EGL.
We found out this method is not efficient.
Does anyone have better way to run virtual desktop on GPUs?

Generally for us at OSC, vglrun <the app> works. So I think instead of vglrun xfce4-session we do vglrun matlab or similar. Maybe you can try that?

Maybe you can try setting X up. I think it’s just a systemd unit that you can get to boot when the machine boots.
