VNC - Failed to connect to server

Hi everyone,
I’m trying to set up the remote desktop. The job starts correctly, and I can see the “Launch Desktop” button, but when I click it, it opens a screen showing “noVNC – Failed to connect to server.”
Below I’m including the files generated by the session.

Has anyone run into a similar issue or can help me solve it?

Sorry for the delay in a response - As a guess, I’d ask if you’ve enabled rnode_uri and node_uri in ood_portal.yml by following these instructions below:
