Are you sure the patch made it to /opt/rh/httpd24/root/etc/httpd/conf.d/ood-portal.conf? There is a thing with checksums we do that prevents folks from editing that .conf result. You could be in a spot where we’re not updating the template because you modified it.
If that’s the case, if bounding httpd or running update_ood_portal says it not going to replace the file, remove the checksum here /etc/ood/config/ood_portal.sha256sum so it doesn’t have anything to validate against.
