My colleague made configuration of keycloak. And appeared this:

Error – Ignoring bcrypt-3.1.16 because its extensions are not built. Try: gem pristine bcrypt --version 3.1.16
Ignoring byebug-11.1.3 because its extensions are not built. Try: gem pristine byebug --version 11.1.3
wrong number of arguments (given 1, expected 0; required keywords: env, owner, name)
Run ‘nginx_stage --help’ to see a full list of available command line options.

Before was installed Ubuntu 22.04 on virtual machine

Hi and welcome! That is a very strange error. Can you share your nginx_stage.yml and ood_portal.yml configurations? You can obfuscate anything you need.
