/etc/ood/config/apps/shell/env missing?

Hey hey I’m back with another question.

After “mostly” getting everything to run just fine I wanted to open a terminal window but got the websocket connection error. (First to try it just for localhost (I know its not a good idea but its a test VM) and after that for ssh-terminal connection to our cluster)

After looking through the doc and some of the forum posts I learned that you’re supposed to set the env variable in

/etc/ood/config/apps/shell/env

But apparently it (My search stops at /etc/ood/config) is not there. Am I supposed to create it myself? Because the way it sounded in the doc and the forum it should be there already?

Yea you should create it yourself (or use some automation like our puppet module or ansible role).
