Installed OpenOnDeman on Debian 12

I installed Open OnDemand on a Debian 12 server today. I’m getting the regular Apach web page for a new Apache server: “Apache2 Debian Default Page”

I was expecting the “Welcome to Open OnDemand … you now have to configure authentication” page which I’ve seen in the past when installing on CentOS.

I’m concerned I missed a step or is this normal and I just need to move forward with configuring authentication?

root@openondemand:~# apt list -a ondemand
Listing… Done
ondemand/stable,now 3.1.4 amd64 [installed]
ondemand/stable 3.1.1 amd64
ondemand/stable 3.1.0.0.rc1 amd64
ondemand/stable 3.1.0 amd64

Hi, I think that’s right for Debian. You need to supply a servername for it to route to the ood portal correctly.

Our documentation even calls this out specifically for Ubuntu/Debian users.
