Ood 2.0 jupyter message "We're sorry, but something went wrong."

Hi it is new installation. Jupyter is the first app I am adding. The session starts and it reports that jupyter session is running but as I try to connect to the node:
“We’re sorry, but something went wrong. The issue has been logged for investigation. Please try again later.” appears on the new tab. the error log reads:

Hi Jerald?
Any update? We were using a self signed. Now we have a certificate issued by digicert and now I get websocket connection error as :
WebSocket connection to ‘wss://ondemand.hpc.nyumc.org/pun/sys/shell/ssh/gn-0014?csrf=PJDctgq3-eHo8F5QMd7UioEN57G_5gTjd7ng’ failed: ood_shell.2.js:11
Please let me know about any other information you may need.

Sorry - is your issue around Jupyter or the shell app?

The second post is around the shell app (from the URL), and I’d bet you have to enable the SSH allow list

What’s the URL of the page you see this message? if it’s /pun/sys/dashboard (and/or more) - then you can check the logs of /var/log/ondemand-nginx/$USER/error.log where $USER is your current user.
