Pin app to navbar

Can I pin an app to the navbar instead of having to open a menu to reach it? We only have one app (vnc desktop) and all other apps are accessed through there, so I don’t want an Interactive Apps menu with just one item.

I do see there are pinned apps for the dashboard landing page but I want this one at the very top, replacing Interactive Apps.
