Hi! There should be some logs somewhere, can you provide those to give us more insight into what’s going on? Also can you tell us if this only occurs when you open the shell app or is it any other app as well?
/var/log/ondemand-nginx/$USER/error.log (where $USER is your username)
/var/log/ondemand-nginx/error.log
And these logs may tell you or point to some temporary html file that has more information.
See all the information provided in this topic for a sense of what we’re looking for. Of course, you can obsfucate anything you wish like hostsnames and the like.
