Hi, We recently upgraded to 3.1.9 and the Support Ticket feature seems to have died. I haven’t seen this error before and I can’t find it searching the forums. We haven’t changed the config at all. We get the form, fill out the form, it spins for 10 seconds or so then produces this:

It appears our email server was locked down and is ignoring our connection. I’ll post when I get confirmation.

How did you get the packaged to install the latest version ?

It was updated when I ran a monthly “dnf update”.
Someone had disabled a proxy firewall rule to allow smtp through to our mail server. 
Fixed.
