I had been using the auto_accounts, auto_qos, and auto_queues functions in 3.0.1 but when I upgraded to 3.0.2 there is nothing populated in the drop down menus anymore. I haven’t changed anything else (yet) and there are no errors that I’ve found indicating what might be wrong. Any idea how I can troubleshoot this?

Oh no! There should be something in /var/log/ondemand-nginx/$USER if it error-ed. I’ll double check the changelog for the same.
Yea I patched auto_modules but not these others…
Sorry for the confusion. I did have an issue with slurm on my dev server that was causing some of the issues. That is resolved and the auto_accounts and auto_qos population is working again. However, I’m still not getting the partition list. No errors in the user log.
This has been resolved and I believe was an issue with our environment. Sorry for the noise!
