Cannot Download file in Home Directory

Dear developers,

I cannot download file and directory in Home Directory App in OOD 3.1.9.

After selecting a file, when I click the Download button, nothing happens, no error message appears in /var/log. Other buttons (such as Upload) work fine.

I’m not sure if this will be helpful, but I’ll give you some information from the network tab in my web browser.

We have a production environment and a test environment, and it works fine in the test environment. The only difference is the software environment (Shell Access not working - #4 by mnakao). I compared the information in the network tab above, and they were the same.

This is probably the same issue as the one below.

I think this is the same issue with httpd patch 56. Are you able to update your httpd version?

I found another issue. OOD 3.1.9 cannot display the list of jobs in the queue in Active Jobs.

I couldn’t change the httpd version, so I downgraded to OOD 3.1.7 and the above issues were solved.

I’ll check if the next version after OOD 3.1.9 can solve the above issues.

1,000 apologies for all the issues you’ve had. I can’t replicate this at OSC. I see all the jobs, queued or otherwise on this page. Is there any indication of why this failed in /var/log/ondemand-nginx/$USER/error.log?

Sorry, I’ve already downgraded so I couldn’t find the location in the error log.

What’s the md5 checksum of your httpd binary? I’m still trying to debug the issue in a container, but can’t replicate it. So I’m wondering if somehow someone is shipping a different binary than what I’m testing against.
