I can't use top bar Open Ondemand with any browser

When I log in with any user in openondemand you cannot use the top bar to select the options: Files, Jobs, Clusters. I have tried with Safari, Firefox and Chrome. Can anyone of you help me with the problem? Thank you very much.

Can you please provide the following information?

  • O/S Version of your Linux server.
  • Any logs that can be found under /var/log/ondemand-nginx/$USER. These will be found on your OnDemand server.

Let’s start with this, and then we can move forward based on what we find.

Hi Gerald!
finally i was able to solve the problem by changing the language of the browser Lang=ENG_US in this way it is possible to use all the menus on the top, thanks!
