Job Composer, OOD v3.0.1

Hi,
We upgraded to v3.0.1. All of the apps are working, job scheduling, etc, except for the Job Composer crashes kind of hard. Hoping to get some help with this

CANCEL: I solved it by “gem install rdoc -v 6.3.3”. Leaving the ticket up for future reference if anybody runs into this.*

I had a similar error at our site after upgrading using the official Ansible role. What we found is that it switched/installed the correct version of ruby but did not update the gems RPMs. After performing a manual dnf upgrade --refresh the job composer started working. This was on RHEL 8.
