I think this is something weird with the ondemand-gems RPM

Looks like this topic has the resolution:

Job Composer, OOD v3.0.1

Hi, We upgraded to v3.0.1. All of the apps are working, job scheduling, etc, except for the Job Composer crashes kind of hard. Hoping to get some help with this CANCEL: I solved it by “gem install rdoc -v 6.3.3”. Leaving the ticket up for future reference if anybody runs into this.* Kenny Exception: OodApp::SetupScriptFailed Per user setup failed for script at /var/www/ood/apps/sys/myjobs/./bin/setup-production for user w55c785 with output: /usr/share/gems/gems/bundler-2.2.2…

Issue this command and it should come back to a working state.

dnf upgrade --refresh
