OOD Community Portal access

Hi all,

Not sure if others have run into this issue or is this is the correct forum, but I am unable to create a new account in the OOD community portal. I’ve submitted a request using two different valid emails, but get no response. I’m not able to find a link to report the issue. Any suggestions would be welcome.

Thanks for reaching out, and I’m sorry you had trouble creating an account. I completed the setup with your non-Gmail address, and you should be able to login now. Welcome to the Community Portal!

Yes, resetting your password should get you in. The emails this morning, when you tried to register, may have gone to your spam folder, so you may need to look there.

I’m not sure what is going on. There are not emails in my junk/spam folder and I just requested a password reset but have not received an email for it. Can you tell me what email address it will be coming from? Maybe it is blocked by our email server before it gets to the client.

We followed up in email’s directly — emails were being blocked by her server, but we were able to resolve this issue.
