Several issues with OOD 3.1 upgrade

We recently upgraded one of our instances to OnDemand 3.1.7 a week or two ago. Since then, most of our users haven’t had any issues, but there are a few things that I was wondering if anyone else had experienced.

  1. Users in Safari are experiencing issues with connecting to Deskop sessions. They can see everything else in OnDemand, but connecting to the VNC desktop isn’t working. I thought I remembered this being an issue very early on in the development of OOD, but I don’t remember if there’s a solution.
  2. Copy and paste (ctrl+c, ctrl+v) in the shell app isn’t working for windows users only. Anyone seen anything like this? It worked in the previous shell app.
