We recently upgraded one of our instances to OnDemand 3.1.7 a week or two ago. Since then, most of our users haven’t had any issues, but there are a few things that I was wondering if anyone else had experienced.
- Users in Safari are experiencing issues with connecting to Deskop sessions. They can see everything else in OnDemand, but connecting to the VNC desktop isn’t working. I thought I remembered this being an issue very early on in the development of OOD, but I don’t remember if there’s a solution.
- Copy and paste (ctrl+c, ctrl+v) in the shell app isn’t working for windows users only. Anyone seen anything like this? It worked in the previous shell app.
