Support Tickets

Administration for our group would like to change how support tickets are influxed from OpenOnDemand. Currently, we use the support_ticket system setup to send information through email.

Is there any way possible to have the “Submit a Support Ticket” option in the “Help” drop-down menu to route to a link (to submit a ticket on an external application)?

No I don’t think so, but we support a few ticket platforms.

RT (Request Tracker) has support, though it does not appear to be documented.

Service Now support appears to have been added, but is not in the current release. It’ll be in 4.1.
