App-Specific Support Ticket Submission

In the GOOD26 open mic, we had a discussion about Profile Based Configuration of Support Tickets. This is great if folks have different users, those in the system get Service Now tickets, those not get an email.

My question was about the future development of this feature to have customizations based on the application rather than the profile of the user. That way folks that deliver an app that we host for everyone can get emailed directly to support their application themselves.

What all is everyone doing for this kind of heterogeneous support environment?
