Is it possible to override attributes like the title or captions for built-in Passenger apps using form or manifest files per app in etc/ood/config/apps
For example I want to replace or append to the “System Installed App” captions on the dashboard.

That appears to be this bug in which ‘System installed App’ is hard coded.
