User can create directory in files, but then can't access it

I’ve got a user that is able to create a driectory in the files interface, but then it throws an error when they try to navigate to it.

I’m logged in as them, I created the directory, the permissions look correct, then I cannot navigate into the directory I just created.

It looks like something on our side. We just had a storage cluster transition and there is all kinds of permissions havoc.
