Hi, Running the interactive application Fluent will kill VNC, error message is as follows, what is the cause?
OS environment
CentOS 7.6 x64
ondemand-2.0.26

Hi sorry for the delay. My guess is you’re running into resource constraints. Specifically probably memory. Can you check sacct (if you run Slurm) or similar to see what the exit code of the job was? (Slurm should tell you that it killed it because it went out of memory)

script.sh use runwb2 does not have this problem. script.sh use fluen to cause this problem.
I later solved this by running fluent via runwb2.
